Horse Quick Easy Catch Rope Halter
Our Quick Catch Rope Halters are very effective and handy for hard to catch horses, and have many other versatile purposes. Great for working with a shy horse, foal, or when a horse has managed to ditch his halter in the field and is difficult to catch.
My Catch Rope Halters are 1/4" double braid polyester, the same material and width that my rope halters are made of. I also offer a bit thicker catch rope halter of 3/8" for those that prefer a thicker rope. There is an eye splice loop on one end with a leather popper on the other end with the option of adding a stainless steel snap, ring or both. Many colors to choose from.
They fit easily in the pocket of your jeans, saddle bag, or even purse. I keep one in the glove box of my truck just in case I encounter an injured or stray animal while driving. Works great on ponies, donkeys, mules, goats, cows, sheep, and llamas, and some kids ( just kidding, well maybe for some. lol.) Have come in handy the odd time to help catch the odd feral dog and cat with a catch rope.
Most common length is 12' or 14 foot, but can be made in any length preferred. Please contact directly for custom order.
Simple to use by placing over poll and threading rope through eye splice or ring and bringing over nose. Basically looks like a figure 8.
